Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

We take pride in the making of your special piece! Items are handmade and thoroughly inspected before they leave our shop, please allow 7-10 business days for shipping. One-of-a-kind and ready-to-wear items may ship sooner.

We take care in the secure delivery of your jewelry; However, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen goods. In the case that you would like to request that a signature be required upon delivery, please make a note in the comments section at the time of checkout. This service will be provided at no additional cost to you.

Please note that should you opt for signature-release delivery, an adult 18 years or older must be present to sign for your package. In the case that you or another adult are not available to sign for the package, your items may be rerouted to a designated pickup site.

Returns: 

Returns and exchanges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We truly want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your piece or believe there to be an error in production, please contact support@jenniferhillyer.com within 48 hours of receipt of your jewelry. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. All items must be returned in un-worn condition. Worn or damaged returns will incur a 15% re-stocking fee for repair, cleaning, and/or re-polishing. Shipping and re-stocking costs will be automatically deducted from any eligible refunds.
